SPECIALTY FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

NO MEAT PRODUCTS CAN BE SOLD. SPECIALTY FOOD VENDORS CONSIST OF, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BLOOMING ONIONS, FUNNEL CAKES, PRETZELS, DESSERTS, ROASTED CORN, ICE CREAM.

Applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first serve basis. Due to site space, booth space is limited. The Committee reserves the right to final selection.

**NOTE-Food vendors must present a certificate of insurance showing Mineral Spring Park, Williamston  as an Additional Named Insured with your application.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Date:             Fri, May 13           and                Sat, May 14          
2. Time:            12pm– 9pm                                10am–6pm
3. Location: Mineral Spring Park, Williamston SC

4. Space Fee:
$100 by April 11
$125 After April 11:  Deadline for any entrant is April 30
No entries accepted after April 30th.

5. Spaces are 12 feet x 12 feet. (You must inform us if you need additional space). $25 fee for each additional 5 feet of space – effective 2011 festival. Must maintain booth space until 6:00 pm Sat.
6. Food vendors may begin assembling areas by 8:00am Friday and 7:30 am Saturday. Areas must be set up by 3:30pm Fri. and 8:30am Sat. Areas must be set up and all service/supply vehicles removed from the park. Must maintain space until close of festival.
7. Electrical power is provided only for those who request it. Extension cords will not be provided.
8. Canopies are welcomed and encouraged, but MUST NOT exceed booth space. Any shelters, tables or display racks provided by the vendor must be removed by the vendor no later than 7:00pm Sat. vending area must be clean and clear of trash and debris.
9. DRINK SALES PERMITTED (drinks include but are not limited to: water, soft drinks, tea, lemonade, or the like).
If YOU SALE DRINKS WE WANT TEN PERCENT (10%) OF SALES.
Festival Host will sell drinks products at 1 location.

10. Any shelters, tables or display racks provided by the participant must be removed no later than 10p Sat. Water and electrical hookups available at no charge (no sewer). All contestants must adhere to all health (864/833-0000), electrical, fire and other codes applicable to this event (must provide fire extinguisher).
11. The steering committee reserves the right to deny any application at any time.
12. No refunds for cancellations.
13.  Festival Host carries NO insurance for vendors and WILL NOT be liable for loss or damage from any cause.
